I’ve always loved the idea of working for myself, and as life would have it, that’s my only option right now. Both of my boys are autistic, with my youngest having quite complex and difficult needs, it means working in a ‘regular’ job is a no-go for me right now. And so, Under The Rowan Tree began, as a way of me trying to keep busy, and earn a little something to bring in ☺️

First up is my 10ml essential oils that are already bottled up, at least 50% off ☺️ while my ‘sell by’ date is coming up, your oils will be perfectly fine for at least six months. They can last years if stored correctly, but would make fab stocking fillers for Christmas! 🎄 see below for details 😀

BANG! 😅 well, it’s been a while eh? Time definitely needed, and because of my time off, I now have TONS of essential oils all nearing their ‘sell by’ 😬 keep an eye out for posts, I’ll be uploading those over the next few days ☺️

Resharing this thrifty Thursday tip 🥰 a great way to get that last bit of your essential oils ☺️

A perfect way to get every last drop out of your essential oil bottles, simply pop them upside down in a jar of bath salts, and the remaining oil will soak into the salts ☺️

Mondays always give me that feeling of a new start, so I’m always more likely to be motivated ☺️ Being half term, I’ll be spending lots of time with my boys, but today, I’ll be cracking on with some cleaning 🤞😅 what’s on your motivation list?

My Monday sees me catching up in the house after a relaxing weekend, a girls afternoon on Saturday at The Piece Hall in Halifax with food at Cafe Passion (try their kebabs, immense! 🤩) with Sunday ending up a lazy day 🙈

For I thought I’d explain why I chose to sell organic essential oils ☺️ as essential oils are created worldwide, I wanted to know that there were absolutely no chemicals or pesticides on the plants and trees. This is good for us, as then we know there’s no nasties in the end product, but it’s also good for the numerous varieties of bees (and other pollinators!) round the world that use the plants to live from! 🐝 Win win! 🥰
