This summer we’re celebrating the chefs, restaurants and communities that make London’s food scene one of the most exciting in the world.

First up was BRAT x Rambutan x Gozney.

A table full of good people and good food cooked with live-fire.

A Rambutan take on Tomos Parry’s (Tomos Parry) iconic flatbreads, which were once practiced on his Roccbox during lockdown. Reimagined and served at the table at BRAT.
