Our Drum Department is run by experienced drummer Austin Lane. As an ex-professional gigging and recording musician and with years of experience in the drum retail business, Austin is extremely passionate about percussion and is the ideal person to lead our team and seek drumming advice and product information from, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask! If you're local to our store then feel free to pop in and speak to our drum team in person. We've got a large selection of electronic and acoustic kits on demo, plus cymbals and other percussion, as well as two demo rooms and of course, we'll be on-hand to offer advice and answer any questions that you have.

Absolute Music Drums are delighted to present a drum clinic with the brilliant Gabor Dornyei on the 11th February 2025! Gabs is a very experienced session drummer, educator and all round lovely guy!

You can find the tickets on our website which are available for £15 (U16's £10 ticket available in-store, over email or on the phone). We can't wait for this one and look forward to seeing you there!

You also would have heard him on many film and TV soundtracks including Finding Nemo, Superbad and all the musical interludes on Friends!
