The item sale is happening during our live (online). After the live, we also post pictures of the items with prices, and you can still purchase through our page. We ship within the UK via Royal Mail (up to 2kg). ❗️ONLY SIGNED FOR❗️

2. ❗️WE DO NOT SHIP ABROAD (INTERNATIONALLY) ❗️

3. The way we run our live/online sale is very simple. Every and each item has their specified number. If there is an

item that you really like. All you have to do is type and comment this specified clothing/accessory number and if it has size, include the size that you want in that comment too. (EXAMPLE: (Number 45 and 10 Year) ->(45 10)

4. New clients that will join us for the first time, are kindly asked to pay for their first purchase during live, to continue any further purchases.

5. The payments can be made through bank transfer or PayPal(friends and family). Please remember we are waiting 24 hours for the payment to be made from the time you have received full payment details from us.

6. ‼️RESIGNATION IS STRICTLY DURING LIVE / ONLINE SALE‼️
If you try to cancel your order after the live has finished, the cancellation will not be accepted because the item has already been prepared and put on hold specifically for you. If you still decide to cancel after the live, your first payment (for new clients) will be refunded, but you will be banned from our group/page and will not be able to make any future purchases. The same rules apply to existing clients as well.

7. Returns
Please choose your items carefully, as we do not accept returns, unless the item has a manufacturer fault (such as holes, stains, fabric paint, etc.)‼️
We only refund the faulty item. If you decide to return it, you are responsible for the postage cost‼️

8. If you like an item during the live but are unsure about the size, just let us know. We will provide full measurements for you. If you are still unsure after that, it is better not to purchase the item.

9. Languages & Respect
Our live streams are run in Polish, Lithuanian, Russian, and English. You will hear all four languages throughout the live, but item numbers and sizes are always given in English so it is fair for everyone.
‼️ ANY SIGNS OF RACISM OR DISRESCPECT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. THE PERSON WILL BE REPORTED AND BANNED FROM OUR PAGE ‼️
