Because we're part of the St Andrews & St George's United Reform church complex customers often come to us looking for cards suitable for someone celebrating sacraments and religious events

This morning we took delivery of some lovely new cards for Christian religious celebrations including baptism and christening cards suitable for both adults and children, first communion and confirmation cards as well as ordination cards

You'll find them alongside our range of birthday, anniversary, wedding, congratulations, thank you, sympathy and blank cards

All our cards except for hand made cards are just £2.50 so they're an affordable way to show you care and we have gifts to suit any occasion so whatever you're celebrating we're here to solve all your needs

We're open extra days this Bank Holiday weekend so find us Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (every week)

The August Bank Holiday is a big weekend for Bolton, and the shop will be open on all 4 days of the food festival

That means we'll be open Friday 28th, Saturday 29th, Sunday 30th and Monday 31st August 10-3.30

We're at Bolton's Marketplace shopping centre today talking to young people about the work experience and training opportunities we offer

Cats have been living with humans for around 12,000 years and many of us humans are happy to act as staff to an adorable bundle of fur, claws, teeth and big eyes. Today is International Cat Day and we feel it's time to introduce you to our manager Joanna's furry friend Jet. Jet is jet black from head to toe and going through her stroppy teenager phase having turned one year old in June. She loves her little doughnut toy which she carries around in her mouth. Her favourite fair trade product is a sheep Christmas decoration from Namaste and she likes to make sure her cat litter is recycled and eco friendly.

Cats are one of our most popular animals in the shop and you will find wooden and fabric versions in lots of different products. Our best selling cat product is our brightly coloured mini wooden cats at £2 - you can put your rings on their tail or just enjoy having them around. Our "desk buddy" cats are designed to sit on a shelf and look down on you (many cat owners will recognise this stance) and our range of Earth Squared tweed purses and bags features sweet and friendly cats

So happy International Cat Day to all our feline friends and we'd love to see your cats - so drop a pic in the comments!

The symbol of Manchester is the Bee - there's one on the top of Manchester Town Hall and on everything from bollards to buses. It symbolises the city's industrial history with millions of hard working people striving together in mills, factories and shops building the wealth of the city and the region over the past two centuries

Bolton is one of the ten Greater Manchester boroughs and Justicia is proud to stock the biggest range of fair trade products in the region. We work closely with fair trade campaigners from the other boroughs as part of the Greater Manchester Fair Trade Network including the upcoming Manchester Cathedral Eco Fest on 3 October

You will find bees on many of our products and our new in store display showcases some of them, as well as our range of honeys
