A quick hello! And a reminder that we are still here, still refilling and still reducing the world's plastic consumption one bottle at a time!
Life is super busy these days with our flowery business and a new baby, so we don't get round to using our refill account as much as we should. But please do continue to bring your refills in and spread the word to friends and family, we always love to see new customers 💚

Just a heads up that we will be discontinuing a few of our products once we've sold out of our current stock - cotton buds, dental floss, tissues and metal straws. All our refills will be continuing as normal (actually our range is still growing!) but as people's buying habits change, we're selling less of some of our eco products. Drop us a message if you'd like to reserve anything before we sell out 💚

We're back open after our festive break, and working hard to get the shop fully stocked again.

For anyone new to the Refill Room, you can find us inside Flowersmiths at 97 Lee Lane, Horwich. We have a wide range of refill cleaning products and toiletries, plus extra such as shampoo bars and bamboo toothbrushes etc. we're open Tuesday - Saturday every week, please do come along and pay us a visit 💚

Who else loves these books by Nancy Birtwhistle?! We've had quite a few conversations about them with customers recently, it's great to see someone championing eco-cleaning products. Here at the Refill Room, we stock the following products which feature in the books - bicarbonate of soda, citric acid, white vinegar and washing up liquid. All sold by weight so you can buy as much or as little as you need 💚

Back in February we posted a sneaky peek at some filming that was happening in the shop. This week we're excited to reveal the full video, created by and funded by in partnership with . We're not used to being in front of a camera but we really wanted to join in to promote our fab little refill and gift shop, and show just a snippet of the things we do here. A big thank you to Lisa and Liz, our fabulous customers who kindly took part and said such lovely things on camera, we really appreciate it.
