Only photo of today 🥴

A very quiet week and totally understandable.

The first 2 weeks of the summer hols has been very busy so I knew it would slow. This is the first year for the Tearoom so I knew I’d need to track sales at this period for a view on next year.

I will not be open on Tuesday - there are no classes running or any other businesses open in the building on Tuesday leaving me alone in the centre.

Open as normal Thursday - Saturday 10-3

Have a fabulous weekend ❤️❤️

Join us back at the The SchoolRoom TeaRoom this August It’s our Psychic Supper Evening
Simon Goodfellow is a spiritual medium with over 23 years of experience, known for his grounded, compassionate, and deeply personal approach to mediumship. His work isn’t about theatrics or mystery — it’s about connection, clarity, and real human moments. Simon’s journey into mediumship didn’t begin with certainty, but with curiosity. Over time, he learned to trust subtle feelings, impressions, and intuition — developing a skill that has since helped thousands of people find comfort, understanding, and direction in their lives. 🔮 What makes this different Simon doesn’t just deliver messages — he helps people make sense of them. His approach focuses on: Clarity over confusion Comfort over fear Empowerment over dependency Whether connecting with loved ones or offering guidance, his readings are known for being genuine, uplifting, and deeply meaningful. 💭 The experience This evening is about more than mediumship. It’s about: Finding closure where it’s needed Feeling connected to something beyond the everyday Leaving with a sense of peace, perspective, or curiosity There may be emotional moments. There may be lightness and laughter. Often, there’s both. 🌿 A grounded approach Simon believes that mediumship should feel accessible and real, not distant or mystical for the sake of it. His work is rooted in the idea that: We all have intuition We all experience moments we can’t explain And with the right guidance, we can begin to understand them 🔚 Final Note You don’t need to arrive believing anything in particular. Just come as you are 💜 — curious, open, or simply interested in the experience. Because more often than not, people leave with something they didn’t expect… but exactly what they needed. book your Tickets early

The week has finished off busy busy busy!!!

As you all know, I’m always stretched with the community centre and pushing that as far as we can for the community so to see you all making sure you support my little TeaRoom is marvellous!!

Particularly at this time of year where everyone is taking time for holidays, sharing childcare and struggling with the heat 🔥🔥🔥

I’m always looking for innovative ideas to speak to everyone.

* Psychic suppers with the talented Simon Goodfellow Spiritual Medium & Clairvoyant
* Opening up the TeaRoom specifically for groups like The Gentle Rebellion Chronic Pain Support Group
* Crafternoon Teas and kids crafting sessions with the wonderful Rainbow Wishes

The TeaRoom also supports local makers and crafters that sell their wares in Quaint & Quirky Emporium - giving these talented folk somewhere to showcase that talent

I am now pulling together pop up events while waiting for my alcohol license to come through - it’s on its way (along with some garden furniture)

The Autumn & Winter season will see lots of events in the TeaRoom and I can’t wait!!!

In the meantime I’m working hard, focusing on my TeaRoom and what’s right for me and the very fabulous folk that visit. I will always work hard to make things that little bit different and that little bit quirky - it’s just how the TeaRoom rolls

I’ll always try to ensure things are also competitively priced by buying well, using local suppliers and where poss producing myself.

I am a private business and do not access funding/grants etc etc so all my cost are my costs but I work hard keep them competitive.

Anyway, it’s a MASSIVE thank you from me and keep popping in!!!!

Makes my piggin day 🤣❤️

Have a wonderful weekend

NEED SCHOOL HOLIDAY INSPIRATION?

On Tuesday 25th August, I’ll be running a craft workshop for children at The Renaissance Centre, in their School Room Tearoom.

There are 4 bookable time slots with 4 places available for each slot. These are 11.30, 11.50, 12.10 and 12.30. Booking is essential and payment of £9 is required at the time of booking. Please drop me a message to book.

In addition to making a fairy or wizard garden wand, each child will also be able to enjoy lunch in the School Room Tearoom once they’ve completed their crafting and this is included in the price.

While children are crafting, parents and carers will be able to relax in the School Room Tearoom, treat themselves to a cuppa and a sweat treat or enjoy a spot of lunch. There’s also the Quaint and Quirky Emporium to take a look around!
