We have been lucky to source some beautiful English oak reclaimed from the refurbishment of the locks on Chesterfield Canal. We are excited to share with you the first of a series of 3 individual clocks we designed made from the lock gates.

Recently we received a request for Steven to restore and engraved a piece of wood for in remembrance of a family member that had passed away.
The wood thought to be oak had been previously kept in a shed for some time.
Steven did a wonderful job on what turned out to be a lovely piece of London Plane.
The carving was filled with clear resin giving a smooth finish which is easy to clean.
