With a heavy heart💔 and tears 😢 in my eyes nothing is more painful than trying to smile and stay positive but after many tests, injections, chemo and radiation the person changes physically and can suffer from sadness. I know a lot of you all don’t give a crap on this post because cancer hasn’t touched you. You don't know what it's like to have fought the fight, or have a loved one fighting or has cancer. 💛💗

Very happy with how this furniture village upcycled turned out. The top was marked but most of the rest was in excellent condition so deviated from my usual light colours and opted to go black with it. I love it. What do you think, was I right to go to the dark side?

Oh insta upcycled it’s been a while 😳 here’s a couple of pine cabinets I transformed this week 😄 it felt great to embrace the sanding and painting again 💝 swipe left for the finished articles 😍

Swipe left… I’ve only gone and done it 😀 finally … it’s not ‘quite’ finished 🙄 I want to expose more of the wood to give it a real rustic vibe, but all in all am pretty pleased with the outcome, I think the Susie Watson fabric I picked up last year in Harrogate does it justice and the double rope trim is great for hiding the gazillions of staples used 🙊 let me know your thoughts 😬
