From vintage table cloth to overshirt!
I can now share what I made my daughter for Christmas!! The table cloth had a stain which was impossible to remove so decided to do an upcycle that I had wanted to do for a while now.
Very pleased with the result and enough left over to do something else with.
Daughter very pleased with result! ☺️

Finished my latest commission piece. Two ‘memory cats’ for a family who had lost their beloved pet. This was a difficult sew as the material used was the cats bed and was several different types of fabric, but when completed it looked good!

I hate wasting fabric so even the smallest scrap gets turned into something.
These small pieces were turned into ‘footballs’ and donated to a local rabbit shelter 🐰 as enrichment toys for the bunny’s

5 more days with hair!
the most amazing thing happened today - went into a charity shop and they had scarves reduced to a pound so I was looking at them and the lady said ‘what you buying scarves for in this weather?’
Me: I’m not going to have hair in a few days
Her: oh I’m so sorry
Me: no! Nothing like what your thinking I’m doing Brave the Shave for MacMillan cancer relief
Her : hold on (goes away and comes back with a £10 note) take this, I lost my brother to cancer, and your doing a good thing
Me: saying thank you and crying as I walk away 😭😭
People are so lovely 💕
