☀️ Heatwave Update ☀️
Due to the current extreme temperatures, all postal orders are temporarily on hold and will not be dispatched until Monday at the earliest.
As many of you know, all of our products are handmade and are sensitive to heat. In temperatures like these, there is a significant risk of wax melts softening, melting, or arriving in less than perfect condition during transit.
While we always take great care when packing orders, we simply can't guarantee that courier networks and delivery vehicles will keep products cool enough during this heatwave.
Rather than risk disappointing customers, I've made the decision to pause postal dispatches until temperatures return to a safer level.
🏡 Local delivery and collection options remain available as normal.
Unfortunately, I also need to temporarily close custom orders and pause restocking. The high temperatures and humidity are affecting the making process, and I don't want to produce anything that doesn't meet the quality standards I expect from She Makes Scents. This won't affect agreed dispatch dates.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. I'd much rather delay an order by a few days than send out a product that isn't at its best.
I'll keep everyone updated and will resume normal service as soon as possible.
