🎈 Pop & Party Co – Booking & Policy Notice 🎈

Thank you so much for choosing us to be part of your special celebrations! Please take a moment to read our booking policy before placing your order.

💗 Booking & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit of 40% your order total is required to secure your date,this comes off you final total.
• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before your event (unless agreed otherwise).

🖤 Cancellations
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate this with sufficient notice.

💗 Changes to Orders
• Any changes must be requested at least 5 days before your event.
• Last-minute changes may not always be possible.

🖤 Collection & Set-Up
• Please ensure someone is available at the agreed delivery/set-up time.
• Once balloons have been collected or set up, we are not responsible for damage or popped balloons caused by weather, sharp objects, or mishandling.

💗 Care of Balloons
• We cannot guarantee float time due to temperature and environmental conditions.
