Here's a finished garter which I made today. Was tasked to create a garter with pieces of a bride's wedding dress and veil. The idea is to pass on to the bride's daughter for her wedding in the future. What a lovely way to remember your beautiful wedding dress. So I used the duchess satin to create the elasticated band at the top. Then I hand stitched the beautiful beading, used the ribbon edge of veil to created a bow. I finished off by adding "something blue" with thin blue ribbon and a blue heart with Swarovski AB crystal in the centre. The finale was me adding Swarovski AB crystals at tbe bottom all around. Think the finished product looks great. Just love the idea of incorporating your bridal attire into a piece of memorabilia and an heirloom.

Here we go.....no excuses...the children are back at school! Come and join me for aerobic mix at the Shirley Institute 9.15 til 10.45am or later for dance aerobics (requests) at Shirley Heath school 6.30 til 7.30pm. Don't forget your Hand Weights!

We are back!!! Come and join me for dance aerobics (requests) at the Shirley Institute 9.45 til 10.30am or later for zumba/dance at Shirley Heath school - 6.15 til 7.30pm (includes optional weigh in and talk).
