Holiday announcement

I will be away on holiday beginning this Friday 27th February

The last day to place an order will be on Thursday 26th February before 1pm.

I will return to work on March 10th.

The shop will remain open for you to place orders and I will dispatch upon my return beginning Tuesday March 10th

Early Warning - Annual Holiday (Picture for attention)

Please be advised that I will be away from my shop for my annual vacation from 18th December till 6th January.

I will leave the shop open so you can browse and place orders but I will not be able to process orders until the beginning of 7th January. As there my be backlog, it may take me a few days to work through it so as always, your patience is welcome

The last day for me to dispatch any orders will be 1pm Tuesday 16th December.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support in 2025, its been my best year ever and I can't wait start the new year.

Latest new Broderie Anglaise insertion lace trims now available on my shop.
We have 2 flat insertion anglaise trims measuring 25mm and 32mm wide and both offered in 3 meter lengths. Multiples of 3 meters will always be sent oi one length wherever possible.

The frilled insertion trim measures 65mm wide and is available in 1 meter lengths and again multiples will be sent in one length

All are white polycotton and are suitable for a variety of projects including baby cots, prams, lingerie, wedding dresses and just dresses. The possibilities are endless.

Recent arrivals at Thread and Trimmings. All my products are useful; and essential household items, especially in these difficult times. As we move into a make do and mend period, many are using mending darning wool to fix his old socks (dont buy and new ones for him, make do and mend). You can now buy a gross of kilt pins in 3 different sizes at a favourable price. Great if you are a jewellery crafter.
