Spirals in nature.

Today at the beach in Seaton Carew, we found circles left in the sand by strangers…

So of course, we had to add our own energy to it 🌀

Me and the kids built a big spiral out of stones — laughing, playing, just being in the moment.

But here’s the wild part…

This morning, while I was making my manifestation simmer pot, I was talking about someone I haven’t seen in years.

And then… they showed up.
Right there. At the spiral.

Out of all places. Out of all times.

You can call it coincidence if you want…
But I call it alignment ✨

Energy flows where intention goes.
