LifecycleUK We are an independent bike shop situated in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. We offer road, MTB, hybrid and a small selection of children's bikes.

Opened in 2003, Robert Morse owns and runs the 1800 square ft shop trading in Bildeston. Pop down for a coffee meet the team and take in cycling in a beautiful part of Suffolk.

Even on a miserable, rainy day in Suffolk this Colnago G4X still looks stunning. Utilising the newest Shimano GRX Groupset and Vision SC45 wheelset running Pirelli Cinturato Gravel H tyres it looks super cool. Finishing kit is Colnago's own and Selle Italia supply the saddle...if you are looking to upgrade your current ride or looking for a new weapon for the new year then give us a call. We are always ready to help with any advice as well as a fully equipped workshop for all servicing and repairs...coffee is always on the go...just bring biscuits...🙂

Nice little wheel upgrade going out the door. The Boyd Cycling CCC 700c alloy wheelset are hand built in South Carolina, with a 25mm internal, using Boyd Quest hubs that are compatible with Shimano...Sram and Campagnolo cassettes. Weighing in at 1515g for the pair, they are a fine alternative to a carbon wheelset. Available for Road...Gravel and Mtb. They also do rim brake wheelsets for you old skool riders...

On a wet and windy weekend what better than this beautiful Enigma Edge custom build going out today.
The Titanium frame looks so cool against the grey sky.
Sram Force Groupset takes care of the power transfer...Boydwheels CCC wheelset shod with Pirelli Cinturato Gravel H rubber give the grip needed for the gravel trails. A bit of Hope bling for the headset and seat clamp to change it up a little. Deda supply the handlebars and stem and a Prologo Nago saddle atop of Enigma's own seatpost finish the build.
Looks the business and shines on a dull day.

A beautiful Look Blade 795 RS recently went to its new home from Lifecycleuk HQ...the finish on the paint work can't be captured properly in these pictures but to say that it is stunning is an understatement.
Running gear is Shimano Dura Ace Di2 throughout. The wheelset is the manufacturers own make...Look 50c...shod with Continental GP5000. Finishing kit is also by Look with a saddle from Selleitalia.
The bike looks like it's racing while standing still and of course it's a super lightweight racing machine.

And to finish off a beautiful hot week in Suffolk what better than to post our latest build for your delectation.
Time Bicycles have released their new race bred machine..The Scylon....as with all Time bikes it is a stunning work of art. This version in red looks every bit as good as the ride.
Using Time's own Carbon Technology they claim it's "no gimmicks....just speed".
Our build features SRAM Force for the power transfer....Mavic Cosmic SL 45 wheels with Continental GP 5000 rubber...a claimed 32c tyre will fit...Selle SMP perch for the long haul and colour coordinated Vision Metron 5D EVO one piece bar and stem. Super beautiful and like the weather...super hot...drop by the shop and see how good it looks or come to discuss your dream build...

Just to remind you all....we don't just sell the nicest bikes around....we also do other stuff....servicing...repairs..and when we are asked, wheel building..these beauties have been a long time coming as the customer had been looking for a set of Mavic Open Pro rims in grey for around a year. The Campagnolo hubs were another hard to find item. Built using Sapim Race spokes and looking old skool cool....

So when the boss decides he would like a new bike...he goes for a 51 Sika...incredibly lightweight and super cool with eye catching graphics. The build on this frame has been amazing...Sram Red for the Groupset...Ceramic Speed bottom bracket and rear mech cage. The superb Artech wheels from Scope are fitted with Continental GP5000 S to keep the weight down. Cockpit and seat post are from 51 and a Repente saddle to finish of a one of a kind bicycle...the bike weighs in at an amazing 6.84 kg...if you are after something a bit special then give us a call or drop by and see what we can do...

So here we don't just do new builds....we also "refurbish" customers cherished rides....This as an example is a Enigma Echo that has been used for over 10 years. It came into the workshop for a new Groupset and went out looking like a brand new bike...A lot of hard went into finishing the titanium frame and with new decals from Enigma you would be hard pressed to see the difference.
The calipers frame and wheelset are from the previous build and the new Groupset is from Campagnolo. Bars and stem are Deda and tyres are from Continental.
