Remember - It is a legal requirement for commercial organisations to PAT test electricals for safety before sale but that doesn’t mean it has to be working - just safe to plug in and turn on. If you get it home and it doesn’t work properly you may not be able to return it unless they give a warranty.

Preen electricals are PAT tested AND function tested and have a 3 month warranty if they don’t work or go wrong in that time.

There’s nothing wrong with taking a chance on something if it’s cheap - as you long as you know that’s what you’re doing.

All reuse is good. With a reuse shop and now tested electricals on the big tip at Dunstable perhaps CBC will be able to help its own clients and that’s why we’re not needed?

Yesterday we probably had up to 1000 books donated! So we have put out extra books today! 😀
