A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Dyslexia South East CIC stall at Battle’s Big Weekend today. 💙

It was such a pleasure meeting so many wonderful families, adults and fellow educators, hearing your stories, answering your questions and sharing information about dyslexia, dyscalculia, SEND and the support available across our community.

Thank you too to everyone who visited our Fidgets & Focus not-for-profit SEND kit shop. Every purchase helps us continue providing free community support through our Dyslexia Cafés and outreach work, so your support genuinely makes a difference.

If you weren’t able to make it today, we’d love to see you tomorrow as we head to the Grand Opening of the Sidley Hub Café!

Amazing day… thank you to all that supported us.

💙 What an incredible day!

A huge thank you to King Offa School and the King Offa PTFA for inviting Dyslexia South East CIC to be part of your very first Summer Fair.

For an inaugural event, it was a fantastic achievement. The atmosphere was brilliant, the community came together in force, and it was wonderful to see so many families enjoying the day.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall to browse our Fidgets & Focus not-for-profit SEND kit shop, ask questions, share your own experiences and chat with us about dyslexia, dyscalculia and SEND. We met so many wonderful parents, children and educators, and every conversation reminded us why community events like these matter so much.

Every purchase made today helps us continue providing community support through Dyslexia South East CIC, including our free Dyslexia Cafés, guidance for families, awareness work and practical SEND support across East Sussex.

To everyone involved in organising the day, volunteering behind the scenes and making everyone feel so welcome… thank you. We hope you’re incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved.

We’re looking forward to working with King Offa School and the PTFA again in the future. 💙

New product signage…. And yes we used AI in its creation.

Every penny we save is a penny we can divert back into helping others. Every hour we save is an hour we can set aside to support those who need it. We’ve all used or heard the phrase “work smarter, not harder…”. Running a CiC we often feel like we have to work Hard AND Smart…. There is little mutual exclusivity to be had!
