Inspired by Japan 🇯🇵🍋🍃
From the very first brushstroke to the final shine.
This bonbon began with hours of hand-painting, carefully layering soft ceramic-inspired tones and delicate golden details, inspired by the beauty of traditional Japanese pottery.
Then came the shell, made with one of my favourite new bean-to-bar dark milk chocolates, followed by a silky Hojicha ganache and a bright Yuzu, a combination that feels both comforting and beautifully unexpected.
Creating this bonbon has been an absolute pleasure. I wanted it to feel elegant, understated and deeply connected to the Japanese craftsmanship that inspired it.
I’m also very excited to share that Yuzu & Hojicha will be joining our regular Pick & Mix menu. Unlike the World Cup Limited Edition Collection, this flavour will be available for anyone who would like to enjoy it, regardless of which box they choose.
