I upgraded and invested tens of thousands in premium crystal singing bowls, which were absolutely beautiful and carried me through many years, but I couldn't help but feel frustrated again with the price of these bowls and how long it would take to save and add to my set. As I began to train my own students and introduce others to the world of sound healing I wanted to create something of my own that could not only meet my needs - but those of my peers and students.

So I began my journey of discovery into founding my own crystal instrument brand. Thus - The Tone Temple was born!

I am passionate about the healing power of high quality crystal singing bowls and believe there is a bowl out there for everyone! I take great pride in curating the range of bowls and harmonised sets I have available, and am fully involved in the process of creation from start to finish.

Why do certain frequencies feel sacred? 🌀

For thousands of years, humanity has understood sound as far more than entertainment. The ancient mystery schools, temple traditions and wisdom keepers of many cultures viewed sound as a bridge between worlds - a way of attuning ourselves to the rhythms of nature, spirit and the cosmos itself.

Today, frequencies such as 432Hz and the Solfeggio tones continue to fascinate us. Yet perhaps the real mystery isn’t whether one frequency is more magical than another, but what these traditions reveal about our enduring relationship with harmony, beauty and remembrance.

Because ultimately, harmony is not found in a frequency.
It is found in relationship.

What a beautiful evening. ☀️🌿🌹

Last night we gathered beneath the energy of Litha, the Summer Solstice, to celebrate the height of the sun’s journey and the abundance of the season.

Together we shared cacao, journeyed to meet the Spirit of Cacao, reflected upon all that is blooming in our lives, created sun catchers infused with prayer and intention, and sat in the warmth of sacred sisterhood.

One of my favourite things about these circles is witnessing what happens when women come together with open hearts. The laughter, the tears, the stories, the wisdom, the reminders that we are never walking this path alone.

Thank you to every woman who joined us and helped weave such a beautiful evening. The altar, the shares, the creativity and the energy each of you brought made the circle what it was.

As the wheel continues to turn, our next gathering will be held on 1st August for Lammas (Lughnasadh), the first harvest festival of the year.

Where Litha celebrates the fullness of light, Lammas invites us to honour the fruits of our efforts, gather the wisdom of the season, and give thanks for all that has grown.
