On Monday, we’re saying a very heartfelt thank you and farewell to our wonderful Manager, Lucy. ❤️
Lucy has been such an important part of number twenty, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had her as part of our team.
As Lucy said herself, she has felt “incredibly privileged to be part of number twenty” and to play a small role in supporting the amazing work of The Hospice of St Francis — something that has meant so much to us too.
But what has made Lucy’s time at number twenty truly special is the people. Over the years, she has welcomed so many customers through our doors, sharing in their happy stories, sad ones, laughs, conversations and friendships along the way.
Lucy has always cared deeply about making everyone who walks into our shop feel “a little bit more special and important” — and we know so many of you will agree that she has done exactly that. ❤️
We will miss Lucy enormously, both as our Manager and as a very special member of the number twenty family. Her warmth, kindness and dedication have made such a difference to our shop, our customers and our team.
Lucy, thank you for everything you have given to number twenty. We wish you every happiness and success for your future endeavours, and hope this isn’t quite goodbye — we’re keeping our fingers crossed for those occasional “stand up” appearances!
