Sharing a little piece of my heart tonight.

The last few months have reminded me just how precious family, friendship and the people we love really are.

Music has always been where I find peace, even when I struggle to find the words. Iā€™ve shared very little of my singing over the years, but this felt like the right song to share.

This is my vocal version of Madonnaā€™s Live to Tell, created with the talented Wayne Golden.

The images in this video are of my beautiful sisters, Kelly and Paula, two of my greatest blessings and closest friends. This is simply a tribute to them, and to the moments, memories and connections that matter most.

Thank you, Wayne, for creating such a beautiful musical backdrop.

Microneedling is one of my favourite treatments because it stimulates natural collagen production, helping to improve:
