Sharing a little piece of my heart tonight.

The last few months have reminded me just how precious family, friendship and the people we love really are.

Music has always been where I find peace, even when I struggle to find the words. I’ve shared very little of my singing over the years, but this felt like the right song to share.

This is my vocal version of Madonna’s Live to Tell, created with the talented Wayne Golden.

The images in this video are of my beautiful sisters, Kelly and Paula, two of my greatest blessings and closest friends. This is simply a tribute to them, and to the moments, memories and connections that matter most.

Thank you, Wayne, for creating such a beautiful musical backdrop.

Healthy skin is never just one treatment… it’s consistency, collagen stimulation, skin health & repair 🤍

Microneedling is one of my favourite treatments because it stimulates natural collagen production, helping to improve:
✨ skin texture
✨ fine lines
✨ enlarged pores
✨ scarring
✨ overall glow & firmness

I also LOVE combining microneedling with Dermalux LED therapy, especially the infrared light. This helps calm inflammation, speed up healing, support collagen renewal, and leaves the skin glowing from within.

For pigmentation, redness, sun damage & overall skin rejuvenation, combining treatments like IPL/BBL-style light therapy alongside your skin plan can make a huge difference over time.

✨ Client Spotlight – Kate ✨

I just love when Kate comes in for a treatment because she completely trusts me with her skin and lets me customise everything for what her skin needs on the day.

Kate already has beautiful skin, but she does experience the occasional breakout, so today we focused on a deep cleanse and gentle skin renewal.

We used a combination of IMAGE Skincare Clear Cell and Ormedic products to purify and balance the skin. I also performed a very gentle Hydro-Glow peel using the Signature Lift, followed by some light extractions to clear congestion.

Kate’s skin looked and felt absolutely amazing afterwards. To finish the treatment, we used my favourite part of any facial – Dermalux LED therapy to calm, heal and boost the skin’s glow.

Such a gorgeous result today ✨

For 17 years, I’ve been running Skin Medispa (RQI registered), where I combine advanced skin + laser treatments with a more holistic approach — lifestyle, wellness, and even some of my spiritual practices.
