Our plant obsession this week is....Plerandra Elgantissima

If they were a celeb, we're thinking she would be Grace Kelly. So elegant but with an edge.

This plant is also known as False Aralia - with narrow serrated leaves tinged with white or yellow. A real original and not one you're going to find very often.

You need it. You know you do. 🤗

We’re hosting two special events as part of EastSide Arts Festival this year! 🌿🎶🎨

EastSide Arts and The Green East present: Gig in a Garden! A new artist showcase set in a secret garden venue in the heart of East Belfast. Spend your Sunday afternoon with us for an intimate live gig featuring two of Belfast’s rising stars in folk music, Niall McDowell and Áine Gordon, surrounded by greenery, music, and good company.

We’ll also be teaming up with Storybox for a relaxed plant workshop where you’ll paint your own pot, pot up your very own plant, and learn some tips to help it thrive at home. There’ll also be a wine tasting to enjoy while you create, making it the perfect feel-good evening of plants, paint, and a little pour.

Tickets are limited for both events, so grab your ticket early!
