Evening All,
I was just deleting some pictures to free up some storage space on my iPad, when I found these pictures of a blanket from last November.
A young lady messaged me to ask if I could repair a well loved crocheted blanket that her grandmother had made for her.
Well, I took one look and wondered what on earth I could do, but me being me said, yes! I will give it ago.
I tried to reuse as much of the original yarn and crochet as possible.
The young lady was really pleased with the result.

All sorted! thanks to my son, he found the post and it’s All Fabrics! 🤣🤣🤣

Hi All,
It has been brought to my attention that someone has posted on a facebook group that I am closing and have a clearance sale!

As you can imagine, it came as a great surprise to me!

So, just to put everyone at ease, that may have seen it, I am NOT closing.

Saying that though, we will be closed from Good Friday 3rd April for a wonderful week of stocking🥳😭and we will open again on Tuesday 14th April.

Sorry I forgot to post a picture of the Hatched and Patched, A Day in Happy land project, my reason for the trip to London for the pale blue gingham.
The pattern is from Poppypatch, it’s a 12 month project, so a block a month pattern and the wool felt, I can’t wait to start.
( sorry about the reflection).

What a wonderful day we had yesterday.
I decided, we ( me and my other half) needed to visit The Stitch festival at the business design centre, London.
It was such a lovely day meeting people, chatting and seeing all the wonderful stands.
Of course, I made a few purchases as you can see, it’s rude not to, when you travel all that way🤣.
The reason for the visit, was to purchase the pale blue gingham to start the hatched and patched, A day in happy land quilt.✅
All the other items were just some little extras.

Well, it’s that time of year looming up on us again to do the dreaded stock take🤪.

So this is just a little reminder, if any one has yarn on put by and is still not sure if they need it, please could you let me know,
As we will be put back into stock after the 5th April.

This years plan is to show more content
of new yarns, patterns and fabrics, plus even some finished, yes, finished projects🤣🤣🤣you can stop laughing now for those that know me.

If anyone would like to show and tell their projects, please do.

I have been asked a few times this year about groups in the area for crochet, knitting or quilting, if you are in a group, know of one , would like to start one, maybe you do one to one or small group lessons, please do let us know, feel free to advertise here.

Somewhere on this page is a crafty coffee group???
I will try and find it and maybe get that up and running, we can only hope. Pat, you can get up off the floor now.🤣

I think this is the most I have written on here in a long time, so i am signing of now.
