Gorgeous post, and so true. I feel very lucky to have joined the many independent businesses in our gorgeous town ❤️

Last week, I started my day off with pastries from Central Bakery went out on a boat with Seacoast Safaris - Puffin Island Cruises & Boat tours had an ice-cream from Redboat Ice Cream Parlour, Beaumaris and treated my toddler to beautiful wooden toys from Janet Bell.

His outfit was from Tinkers and Belles , my headscarf was from Rona Rose and all the soap in our house is from Cole & Co Beaumaris

We had takeaway coffee from Popty Kim at David Hughes and took it to Castle Gardens Beaumaris

How lucky are we to have all of this on our doorstep? It's so true that we have to use it or we will lose it....that's my excuse anyway. Next day off might require another town tour for everyone we missed!

Is anyone else feeling all reflective lately?

If you'd told 25 year old Rhiannon that she's now running her own bookshop by the sea, dog at her side, amazing husband, and adorable toddler...well, she'd believe the dog bit but that's it!

Things can always get better, and they usually will.

Even a year ago, I could never, ever have imagined that this is what I'd be doing with my life.

Whoever you are, whatever you're going through, whatever you're working for, I believe in you ❤️
