Today is International Cat Day, so what better time to introduce Tabitha (mum, aged 14) and Tonka (son, aged 12). They're part of the back office team at Crafty Hobbies, with Tabitha helping with typing of emails and Excel spreadsheets and also box inspection and Tonka judging our lack of production (or maybe lack of treats) from his favourite spot on the sofa.
This gorgeous pair were adopted from Animal Concern Cumbria as their elderly owner was sadly unable to look after them any more.
If you are thinking of getting a cat, then please do consider adopting from any of the local shelters.

We're looking forward to the Festival Of The Sea this weekend.

We have a limited number of the brand new Rapido USATC S160 2-8-0 locomotives available to purchase.

Designed by Major J. W. Marsh from the Railway Branch of the Corps of Engineers, the S160 had to fit the more restrictive loading gauge of the UK. They had to be easy to build, quick to repair and reliable. Constructed in the United States in multiple batches from 1942 to 1945, they were split between the ALCO, Baldwin, and Lima Locomotive Works. Collectively, almost 800 locomotives were shipped to the UK. Landing mainly in Newport, South Wales, as well as Birkenhead, Glasgow and London, the locomotives passed through major workshops before being sent on to their respective railway companies.
