Date for your diaries: Christmas Fair in Barnstaple Panniers Market, Thurs 4th Dec from 6.30pm with carols and lots of stalls, food and drink. Hand and Heart will be there with a variety of handmade and Fair Trade gifts

If anyone wants Fair Trade sweets for Trick-or-Treaters, I need to order next week so please get in touch by Monday. I can do a small selection for £6 or a larger selection for £10. I know not everyone agrees with Halloween, but if you are giving out sweets it's a great opportunity to choose Fair Trade :-)

Bake off fans - I have a few Bake a Difference books left and am selling them at the reduced price of £10. It's a great book - I've tried a lot of the recipes which include baklava, lemon cake, all kinds of chocolate combinations and more :-) Would make a good christmas present or a treat for yourself!
