I'm going on holiday in just over two weeks.

I have enough work to get done before then, so I'm closing my books again now till after I get back.

So I'm sorry but I'm not taking on any new sewing work until 28th September.

We've restocked our Fat Quarters this weekend.

As well as the Christmas ones, we have pretty florals and kids patterns too.

Loads of them!

And there's more coming soon.

They're all only 80p each or 4 for £3.

We also sell some fabric on the roll and other sewing and habidashery stuff.

Our opening times are Mondays 10-3 and Wednesdays Thursdays and Saturdays 12-5.

And there's usually loads of free parking right outside the shop.

I'd got a visitor when I arrived at The Sewing Room today.😳🕷️

UPDATE....
Trevor the spider has been safely and humanely removed from the shop....it is now safe to enter ☺️☺️☺️

Hello - we have a lovely group of ladies who come to the Craft Space to sew every week or so. This group just developed organically from ladies who had been to other sewing sessions and decided they wanted to carry on...

We're called "Ladies Who Sew" ☺️

This week we've been making bog jackets out of blankets - we were sweltering having our photo taken in them!

We're meeting again in a fortnight to finish them off properly.

Then we're making either a bucket hat, or a pair of trousers - we've not decided yet.

We have space for one more person to join us.
It's just £10 for the session and either bring your own fabrics or buy them from the shop.

We usually meet on a Thursday around 3:30.

🎨🖌️CHILDRENS SUMMER CRAFT CLUB🖍️🎨🫟

On Tuesday 11th and 25th August

It's only £5 for a 2 hour session (2 sessions each date)
There will be various crafts - refreshments and - a "prize every time" tombola/raffle where loads of fun kids prizes can be won

YOU MUST BOOK ON IF YOU WANT TO COME

Children must be accompanied by a adult throughout, but they'll be free tea coffee etc for them too.
