I wanted to share more of the gorgeous goods from KonvoySG we brought in for Father's Day.

Beautifully designed for form and function, we have the hand-forged Flint & Steel Fire Striker kit - which comes in a handy hessian bag, as well as the lightweight foldable Wood Burning Bush Craft stove - which comes with a real leather pouch. Perfect for a long hike when you don't want to carry too heavy a pack.

Good morning! 🌞🌞🌞 A beautifully sunny day in Banff today, and a morning well spent doing a lovely changeover in the shop to focus on all the Dads and father-figures in our lives 🙌🏻👏🏻✨

We’ve got heaps of gorgeous new bits in - books on everything from Scottish history 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 to Salmon 🎣 fishing, home brewing, Whisky 🥃, Camping, Foraging, crafting Wild Drinks, Sourdough, Spoon Carving and so much more!!! We’ve got gorgeous mugs (and the best Harth hot chocolate) - pop up camping stoves, hand forged fire lighters, knot kits, beard oil, soaps and so much more… oh, and a lovely selection of cards too! Spanish Saffron has arrived from the wonderful 🙂

In case you didn't see Ryan's stories the other day, you might be interested to know there has been a huge amount of recent research and studies done in to the benefits of Saffron - in particular to support ADHD, PMDD & PMS and peri-menopause. The results are incredible, showing that taking a Saffron supplement can have as good an effect on adhd as prescription medication, and crucially, taken WITH medication offers better results as well.

I've been taking Saffron as the active ingredient in the supplement DITTO, which is recommended for PMDD, PMS, endometriosis, and other hormonal conditions. I've found it to be excellent.
