Comic Con Liverpoool will see the return of our popular Workshop Activity zone, which recently debuted at our Comic Con Midlands Birmingham show, FTLOF ExCeL London and Comic Con Telford. You will find various workshops running over the whole weekend brought to you by Hocus Pocus. All workshops will run both days and items made will be collected on the day to take home with you. Please note that the timings are the same for both days and each workshop costs £8 per person. All children must accompanied by an adult and aprons will be provided as some of these activities can get a little messy. All workshops will need a General Admission ticket to the event in order to participate in the workshops.
🧚 Craft A Magical Fairy Door
Time: 10.00-11.30 (both days).
Have you ever wondered how Fairies entire our realm?
They enter through magical doors created with love and a little pixie dust. As a witch specialising in all magical creatures and other realms we can help you create your own Magical Fairy Door. You too can make your most secret wishes to the Fairies through your very own door.

Design your own tote bag however you like; bold, colourful, magical, or heartfelt - and let your imagination run wild.
👻 Make A Spooky Globe

For every good fairy there is an opposite, where is light there is always darkness. Here at the Ministry for Magic we acknowledge both sides and create our mini worlds equally. So this is a rare chance for you to manifest your very own spooky mini world with our Spooktacular Globes.
🌈 Paint an Enchanted Mushroom Forest
Time: 15:00 - 16:00
When the rain stops and a rainbow appears, our painted mushrooms come alive. These magical shelters are home to many tiny mythical creatures, infused with rainbow-born enchantment.
Now it’s your turn; paint your own enchanted mushrooms and discover which magical beings take refuge during the storm.
🕯️ Candle Decoration Workshop
Time: 16:00 - 1700
Join us for a creative and relaxing candle workshop where you’ll design and decorate your very own glass candle jar with a choice of scents available. In this session, you’ll explore a range of decorative techniques including acrylic pen artwork, vinyl decals, and resin embellishments to personalise your candle.
This workshop is perfect for beginners and craft lovers alike — no prior experience needed. You’ll leave with a handcrafted candle that’s totally you.
Come along, get creative, and enjoy a fun, hands-on candle-decorating experience.
