4 new Jacobite Bears arrived and they are really fluffy! Came from the same company but they are different material and i am thinking they would make good Vikings!
I havent been asked to make some bears for a while so i will work on prepping these for xmas fayres then i think that will be me done.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🐻🥲 Heading over next week to real bear country for a really short trip 🇨🇦

I can put a few pics on here now of the bride and groom as they are now away to their new owners. First time I have made a traditional set not a kilt in sight! Wee guy is wearing a black and cream pinstripe suit. Bride is in plain satin with sewn crystals on the neck but a lace petticoat underneath and as my ladies always have a bow on them somewhere, this time its her simething blue and its on the petticoat!

Ive not been hiding this year just in case you all think i have run away.lol! Family duties have had priority but im still here sewing! Been working on a couple of new costumes to wear at my volunteering job at Culzean Castle & Country Park NTS and have enjoyed this.
A bear will be going into a competition on the Outlander book & tv page as a prize very soon, so look out for a chance to win one.
Always up for a challenge and ive just had an order for a pair of wedding bears but a wee bit different so i am happy to get started on these. Photos will follow eventually.

Today i took some bears down to a most beautiful castle not that far outside the town of Girvan called Killochan Castle. They will feature there for a wee while and hopefully be a good souvenir for folks to take home. This private castle dates back from the late 1500s and was a stronghold of the Cathcart family for centuries! 4 poster beds everywhere! It was very impressive and looked after by a lovely lady called Sharon.

Havent been on here much at all so far this year as ive been busy with other projects but needed to.make a wee version of "Jamie Fraser". It was nice getting back on the bear trail again tho.🐻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⚔️
And yes he is standing on a box of xmas crackers 😜
