**Applications are now open for the Local Community Fund**

As a Co-op, we’ve always put local communities at the heart of what we do. Since 2016, Co-op members have raised more than £85m for over 30,000 grassroots projects through the Local Community Fund.

Applications for the next round of the fund are now open.
We continue to support local groups that provide access to food, help improve mental wellbeing or provide opportunities for young people. For the first time, we’re also supporting causes that protect local biodiversity or tackle climate change.

Alongside these themes, we’re also looking for causes that represent the diversity of our members and communities and help to tackle the challenges faced by, for example, ethnic minority communities, LGBTQ+ people and people with disabilities.

What an amazing facility for our local community.🌟
The bus is one of our 3 Co-op Local Causes this year and it was a privelage to help them to promote what they do. Many thanks to Michael and Gary for coming along and to everyone else who came to see the bus.
