We would like to provide some clarity regarding recent changes to services in South Ayrshire.
SeAscape remains an independent charity, continuing to deliver a range of regulated support services for people affected by homelessness and housing insecurity.
Following a change in commissioning arrangements by South Ayrshire Council Housing Services, one of our South Ayrshire services transferred to Ayr Housing Aid Centre SCIO. This change relates only to that specific commissioned service.
We want to reassure our communities, partners and supporters that SeAscape continues to provide practical and emotional support for people affected by homelessness across South and East Ayrshire.
We also continue to deliver our accredited Reconnect with Hope befriending project, helping people build positive social connections and reduce isolation within the communities where they live, and our Pass It On Furniture Project which helps people to furnish their home when moving on from homelessness.
Together, these services support our vision of a future where everyone has a safe, secure place to call home and the opportunity to thrive within their community.
We remain committed to supporting those who need us most and would like to thank our service users, partners, volunteers and supporters for their continued trust and encouragement.
