Lakes herdy trails

The Herdy flock are in Ambleside until Sunday 7th June, we're then having a little break, before we go and see where we can explore in Windermere and Bowness.
The Windermere & Bowness Herdy Trail will be on 4th July - 6th September 2026. Come and find us!

Come up the alley joining Rydal Road and North Road and you'll find us hanging in there.

Coming back to Ambleside!
The Flock will be arriving in Ambleside for their holidays this weekend, they will be here until 7th June 2026. Look out for them in shops and businesses - can you find them all?

Santa has delivered the elves and we have made sure they are carefully packed ready to go to their new homes for just under 3 months!

We are lucky that Santa could spare them for such a long time!

You can buy your map for £1 from Windermere Tourist Information Centre OR Lakeland Artisan - Cumbrian Delights - Lakeland Liqueurs in Windermere OR Windermere Post Office!!

All money goes towards the park fund!
