After 18 years of running my shop in Alva, I have now retired from it. Other crafting items I will post on FB for sale We do clothing alterations and repairs.

I will still be able to make memory bears/quilts/cushions, as well as the occasional reupholstered chair for customers. We sell fabric, wool and haberdashery; crafts; baby and kids wear including kilts and tartan dresses; cards and gifts including locally made items; Scottish Gifts; Souvenirs, and stationary. We make curtains, blinds, cushions, and other soft furnishings for the home. We will reupholster or give furniture a makeover.

I would like to say a big thank you for all the cards, gifts and best wishes on my retirement. And thank you for all the support over the last 18years in business. I have got to know some wonderful customers and will, no doubt, still see some of you around town.

Meanwhile Chevon of Sharp Darts is taking on the shop and will be doing clothing alterations and repairs.
Alva Hardware across the road has a new King Cole account to keep you supplied with wool for your crafting projects.

I will now have much more time to spend in my garden.😁🌹💐🌱🌳

It's our final week!
We're open today and tomorrow, 9.30 till 4pm, and then we're closed for good.
