🌟 We're Hiring! Part-Time Production Operative 🌟
📍 Location: Unit 12, Farringdon Industrial Centre, Gosport Road, Alton, GU34 3DD
Do you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products? We're looking for an enthusiastic Production Operative to join our friendly team at our busy scented candle manufacturing factory.
🕯️ No experience? No problem!
Full training will be provided, so this is a great opportunity to learn new skills.
💷 Pay: £13.00 per hour plus paid holiday and statutory sick pay.
🕗 Flexible Part-Time Hours
Our normal working day is Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (45-minute unpaid lunch break).
We're looking for part-time team members and would love to hear from anyone who can offer any availability between Monday and Friday. Whether you're available for one or two days a week, school hours, or can work more during our busy periods, we'd be happy to hear from you.
Hours are offered on a variable hours contract, meaning they can increase during our busiest seasonal periods and reduce during quieter times.
We're looking for someone who is:

✅ A team player with a positive attitude
✅ Has good concentration and enjoys hands-on work
✅ Has a steady hand and a keen eye for detail and quality
✅ Prepared for physical work and manual handling
✅ Comfortable standing for extended periods as part of the role
As a Production Operative, you'll be involved in producing, packing and preparing our scented candles to the highest quality standards in a friendly and supportive team environment.
