Oh we can do Glam at Friday Flowers....occasionally we get scrubbed up out of the baggy jumpers and jeans or stinking stablewear.

But chat gpt took us to a whole new level of glam earlier, I asked it to create an image of me from Saturday as I was dressed for my daughters 21st with the bouquet of flowers I made for her. Here's the 2 photos I used and then the finished product....omg I LOVE CHAT GPT!

Why can't I be this glam on a daily basis? Yep too much like hard work...I think I'll stick with my baggy jumper and jeans and stinking stablewear.

Still it's nice to be glam now and again and I do make an effort occasionally, promise I do 🤣🤣 ###x

Why are we called Friday Flowers? 🌸

Isn't it lovely to reach the end of a busy week and be treated to a beautiful bouquet by someone you love? Or perhaps treat yourself—you deserve it!

Weekends are also when many of us spend time with family and friends, celebrating birthdays, special occasions, and making memories. Flowers are the perfect way to mark those moments and bring a smile to someone's face.

The name has a personal meaning too. Alongside my floristry business, I also work full-time, so Fridays are often when my floral creations really come into bloom.

So there you have it—a name that perfectly reflects what I'm all about:

Meanwhile, me...

Honestly, small business owners are out here doing the most.

We're up before most people have had their first coffee.

We're conditioning flowers, creating bouquets, answering messages, organising deliveries, paying suppliers, rent, bills that seem to have been worked out by a team of rocket scientists.

Then we spend ages taking the perfect photo, writing a post, choosing the right hashtags, hit publish...
..and Facebook kindly shows it to about three people and a hamster.

So here's my little plea...
