No Fix = No Fee
I am a new business starting up, where possible I aim to repair in as little as 24 hours, but due to being a new business starting from scratch, to begin with fixing times will be slower due to me not yet holding stock and having to order custom parts for your repair. I aim to provide a unique service which will involve a collection/drop off scheme, whereas I'll collect or you ca
n drop off your item with me. With the way I work I'll be working from home which will make it much easier on you as I can collect or drop off evenings after you've finished your work or day to day activities. This way, you do not need to travel or pay for parking in a town centre which will save you a lot alone on costs, plus my prices are VERY competitive. I will be dealing with people within a 15 mile trip (via google maps) from CO78AG or if its on your route, you're welcome to drop the item in to me instead and pickup when convenient for you. Where possible, I'll order OEM parts or at the minimum quality after market parts, all of these parts will come with a 3 month warranty, any issues, return and I'll re-fix free of charge. I will NOT take an item until I have the items in stock to repair it, sometimes, dependent on cost/availability, a 20% deposit shall be required on parts over £70. Once I have the item, it'll be returned to you via delivery in most cases within 24 hours, if not you'll be updated as soon as possible.
