Just a little notice to let you all know that we’ll be closed for orders from Friday to Sunday as we’re heading away for a well-deserved family break. ❤️

If you’d like to get your sweet fix before we go, please place your orders by Thursday lunchtime for local delivery or collection. All collections must be made by 8pm on Thursday.

While we’re here, we also wanted to say a huge thank you to every single one of you who continues to support our small business – it genuinely means the world to us.

Recently, we’ve had a few issues with customers placing orders and then either not replying to messages, not turning up to collect until days later, or changing their orders multiple times before disappearing altogether. We completely understand that life gets busy and unexpected things happen, but situations like these have a big impact on a small business like ours.

Every order takes time to prepare, and we’re often giving up valuable time that could be spent with our family. We’d really appreciate it if, once you’ve placed an order, you could keep us updated if your plans change or if you’re unable to collect.

We don’t want to introduce upfront payments, as we’ve always tried to keep ordering as easy and flexible as possible. However, if these issues continue, it’s something we may have to consider in the future.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support. We hope you all have a lovely weekend, and we’ll be back soon with plenty of sweet treats! 🍬
