I just couldn't resist the by its right up my street. I found the challenge a little late, but our mini trip recharged my creative battery so much I managed to catch up in one sitting! I'll post the second one tomorrow.

This piece already matched up with a lot of reference pics I'd collected for my next collection so I was extra excited to do it. I also included cats because I have no self control 😅

It's a new month so let's talk about what's going on this month!

For the first time in years, I have a sales goal! In general I don't usually have these but I wanted to try them again now I'm back and running.

Fungus Among Us kickstarter - I'm fully in the research and development process, not much longer now and it'll be ready to go live!

This Week In Witchcraft is coming back!! Since my style has taken a change, I've decided to keep the podcast and the business separate. I'm hoping to relaunch in time for August - you can find the new Instagram for the podcast here: the Instagram isn't set up yet but will be soon! 🧡

🍄 SKETCHBOOK SATURDAY 🍄

I thought I was done with mushrooms, but this week's brain dump seems to think otherwise 😂🍄

Every week, I open up my drawing software and any inspiration pics/ideas I've saved and just let my mind sketch away. This often leads to frustration (spot the angry IDK scribble on the left) but eventually I usually get some semblance of an idea out of it. So I thought something fun could be to show my weekly brain dump page to you all, so you get a bit more insight into my process!

I also draw eyes to get myself in a creative brain space, I have no idea why I've done that for over twelve years 😅

Sigh. The realities of working full time while I do ND on the side truly caught up to me.

Cost of living is going up, and overtime is pretty few and far between so I just couldn't turn it down, which means I just don't have enough time for the launch. But we'll be launching 7pm on Thursday now instead! I hope to see you then 🧡

7 DAYS TO GO 🍄

It's coming! I am not calm or collected, I've left everything to the last minute, but I am SO EXCITED to finally share this collection with you 🧡

It was a really big part of my healing and its my most special collection ever. Its different to what I usually do, but I like to think different is good, right?! 🙈
