Busy over the next few months preparing a whole load of new bars from new origins. We will still have some of our established favourites from Colombia, Belize and Guatemala.
And final batches from Uganda, Thailand and Cuba.
New chocolate using beans from Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, Haiti, Mexico, the island of Principe, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Vietnam, and the Solomon Islands.
We just have to hope the weather will cool so we can make them😊

Working with a whole load of new cocoa beans to make our autumn and winter collection: Soloman Islands, Vietnam, Tanzania, Sierra Leone, Principe, Ecuador, Peru, 2 from Mexico and Haiti in addition to existing origins Colombia, Guatemala, Uganda, Thailand, and Belize.
