As we are fans of the 24 Hours of Le Mans we have decided to do an event with our friends at Oaklands Park Model Car Club where we have donated some prizes for the winners of a 2 Hour Slot Car Endurance Race. Its a great bit of fun and a chance to give back to this great club who were featured on ITV Central News.

Oooh La La ! in a change to our regular schedule we will now be adding a Le Mans warm up event on Wednesday June 10th

Entry is free and ://mandvmodels.co.uk/ have kindly supplied two brand new still sealed Le Mans Slot it cars as prizes for the winners. Along with refreshments during the evening and a raffle prize draw, this will be a fun and competitive evening

Teams of two, each driver to compete for 15 mins on each lane of our four lane circuit. Come as a team, or partner one of our club members, the choice is yours
Total time for each team 2 hours. We will be using our own club cars and have controllers to use should you require them.
Practice will be from 6.30pm, followed by a prompt start at 7.45pm

If you have never visited our club then this is an ideal opportunity to spend time learning and racing on our track. We also look forward to seeing as many regular members as possible in this "One Off" special event
