Full set of interior floor panels for a LWB VW T6 / T6.1 Transporter (2015 - Onward) campervan. We have been manufacturing and supplying these panel kits to the trade and public since 2001 and are made with the best materials in mind for the application. These kits are not to be confused with the commercial style lining kits available online, they have been designed with more accuracy to suit a campervan / motorhome although they would still be suitable for a commercial vehicle. These lining kits are made from 9mm / 12mm WBP moisture resistant plywood. All our kits are cut on our in house CNC machines. They have been designed using original templates so a perfect fit is guaranteed. Here is the brand new kitchen / pod unit (type 2) designed by the Customshop team. We have been manufacturing and supplying these products to the trade and public since 2001 and are made with the best materials in mind for the application. This unit is designed to be a universal fit to all campervans. Made from high quality 15mm light weight plywood with a tough / durable laminate on both sides and precision cut on our in house CNC machines. We offer them in a range of 16 standard colours and 16 special order colours (more available on request) The advertised unit is built from the 'Santa Fe Oak' range with black trim. They come with any choice of 11 trim colours fitted (see pics for the range). All parts are recessed for extra strength / durability and pre pilot holed for a smooth / easy installation (approx 30mins) We have assembled sample units in our showroom which customers are more than welcome to view the high build quality of the product and we can also install if required on collection. Here is the brand new VW T6, T6.1 Transporter double seat swivel base designed by the Customshop team (UK/EU Registered Design no. 6519843). The double seat swivel base is the most compact slimline seat base on the market with all 4 locking points hidden away, it is the most streamlined and barely visible from the outside (only raises the seat by 15mm). The locking points work on a unique 1/4 turn 'quick release' system so removing all 4 fixing bolts and rotating the base takes literally seconds and has passed M1 seat belt anchorage safety tests using a pull test on a specialist test rig to ECE R14 / EC Directive 76/115/EEC as amended by 2005/41/EEC. The new design is unlike any other on the market which keeps your seat completely level and also allows you to keep your under seat storage with no issues when rotating. The base allows you to rotate the double passenger seat 180 degrees and lock the seat in the reverse position to completely transform the living space of your camper. Fits all LHD / RHD T6, T6.1 models (2015 - Onward) and fixes directly to the existing seat mounts so no need for any modifications. Here is the double seat swivel base designed by the Customshop team. (UK/EU Design Registration no. 6293059) The Mercedes Sprinter (2006 - Onward) double seat swivel base is the most compact seat base on the market with all 4 locking points hidden away, it has a more streamlined and sleek look from the outside (only raises the seat by 65mm). The locking points work on a unique 1/4 turn 'quick release' system so removing all 4 fixing bolts and rotating the base takes literally seconds and have passed M1 seat belt anchorage safety tests using a pull test on a specialist test rig to ECE R14 / EC Directive 76/115/EEC as amended by 2005/41/EEC which is a legal requirement to comply with current insurance regulations, and also peace of mind when transporting your family and friends. The base allows you to rotate the double passenger seat 180 degrees and lock the seat in the reverse position to completely transform the living space of your camper. Fits all RHD Sprinter models (2006 - Onward) (This base is not suitable for the folding seat model) and fixes directly to the existing floor mounts so no drilling required, installation takes approx 30 mins from start to completion. Listing is for a unit designed to fit all LHD / RHD VW T2 Baywindow campervans (1967 - 1979) and have been scribed to perfectly fit the vehicles contours. The units are made from 15mm light weight plywood with the highest quality durable laminate and are precision cut on our in house CNC machines. They are offered in a range of 16 standard colours and 16 special order colours (more available on request, main advertised unit is built from the 'Amati Pd' range with dark grey trim) we can also supply with different coloured worktops for an additional cost. They come complete with any choice of 11 trim colours fitted, all parts are recessed for extra strength and durability and also pre pilot holed for an easy installation (approx 1 hour) and come with FREE table / leg & rail. The units are designed to work with a full range of bed widths (1120mm / 1200mm / 1250mm). We can also amend the design to accommodate the SMEV oven if required (please mail for more info). We have constructed sample units in our showroom which customers are more than welcome to view and see the high build quality of the unit. The Peugeot Boxer campervan / motorhome double seat swivel base is the most compact seat base on the market with all 4 locking points hidden away, it has a more streamlined look compared to other bases on the market (raises the seat by 50mm). The locking points work on a unique 1/4 turn 'quick release' system so removing all 4 fixing bolts and rotating the base takes literally seconds! And has passed M1 seat belt anchorage safety tests using a pull test on a specialist test rig to EC Directive 76/115/EEC as amended by 2005/41/EEC which is a legal requirement to comply with current insurance regulations, also peace of mind when transporting your friends and family around.
