The good folks at Buggleskelly Station make an excellent and very pertinent point, please be mindful of turnaround times when dealing with small businesses

It's that time of year again, so just a reminder that we're a small business and we aren't like Amazon. We can't deliver the next day, we don't have a team of AI customer service bots (thankfully), and we make most of our items to order, which takes time.

Please take a look at the estimated turnaround times shown on each product listing before contacting us to ask where your order is, as it will be a lot quicker for everybody. Buildings and 3D prints can take up to 12 weeks, clothing, canvases, and mugs - 3 weeks, etc.

If items don't have a turnaround time shown, they are kept in stock, but it can still take a couple of days to pack and post depending on how busy we are, and how much the postie can carry...
