Wild Things Book Club 🌿

This month we are reading Rebecca Solnit's essays on activism and the environment. They offer hope, not despair, and thoughts on collective action and our connection to the wider natural world.

A timely read as the wildfires burn through drought-ridden land, and we wait for the rain to come.

Thursday 27th August 7-9pm 🌿

We're delighted to announce that author and naturalist Carwyn Graves will be joining us for The Book Garden, speaking at 2.45pm in the bandstand as part of the event, hosted by Mererid Hopwood.

He is also a regular panelist on BBC Radio Cymru’s ‘Galwad Cynnar’ programme, and radio programmes including Radio Cymru, Radio Wales, Radio 4’s ‘The Food Programme’ and Radio New Zealand.
