🧶 Temporary Opening Times 🧶

We’ve got a small change to our opening hours for the next few weeks.

Tony is having a little bit of minor surgery, so he’s been told to slow down and take things a bit easier while he recovers — and no knitting! 😉

So, until the end of September, we’ll be running slightly reduced opening hours while he recovers.

A couple of changes to note first:

📅 Friday 28th August: Closed
📅 Saturday 29th August: 10am–2pm

Then continuing with our temporary hours:

🧶 Monday: Closed
🧶 Tuesday: 10:30am–4pm & 7pm–9pm
🧶 Wednesday: Closed
🧶 Thursday: Closed
🧶 Friday: 10:30am–4pm
🧶 Saturday: 10am–4pm
🧶 Sunday: Closed

The good news is that Saturday Jumper Club and Murder, Mystery & Merino Club are completely unaffected and will continue as usual! 🕵️‍♀️🧶☕️

And of course, our online shop is open every day, so you can still indulge your yarn needs whenever the mood takes you.

Due to appointments this week our hours at the Yarnhouse will be slightly different:
Tuesday: 1pm to 4pm
Wednesday: closed
Thursday: 10am to 4pm
Friday: 10am to 4pm
Saturday: 10am to 3pm

Happy Saturday Jumper Club day! Pearle the wonderful hat wearing chicken belonging to Lynn has provided the eggs for today’s apple cake at Jumper club! Thanks Pearle! The Yarnhouse is open between 10am and 3pm today!

In the last two months The Yarnhouse been putting Abertillery (or Aberknitillery as we’ve started to call it) on the map. With tourists visiting to buy our own yarn range from these cities across the world.
We’re proud that we’ve gained such local popularity but we could not do this with your local support and encouragement.
