That's me back open after a lovely break. A trip to Edinburgh with Sarah to see the Biba fashion exhibition. Then Aberfeldy where I visited my friend's lovely shop edith and grace. Then yesterday at long last I made the trip to The Japanese Garden at Cowden.
We packed a lot in and getting away from the house was important but going back to no doggy welcome was hard. I guess we will get used to it in time.
A delivery has arrived so some new bits including these gorgeous heart hooks and large rabbit candle holders/vases.

Sadly we had to say goodbye to our gorgeous sassy Milly on Tuesday. Her back legs just couldn't carry on anymore and it was the right time.
Heather our vet was wonderful and Milly slipped away at home with the three of us by her side feeding her Cabury's chocolate buttons.
Our hearts are broken and that empty doggy house feeling is unbearable but we were so lucky to have her in our lives for almost 15 years.
Thank you Milly you were the best.
