News roundup…a pile of soul,blues & indie 7”s came in today & there’s been a change in the decor with the Pere Ubu poster that I acquired last week up on the wall.
Been sorting out all the unpriced LP’s from recent collections that have come in & there’s going to be a load going cheap very soon so watch this space 😎

Poll time..the joys of owning a second hand record shop.
Two customers one after another -
Customer A - Buys 2 CDs for £8 & says “Call it £10 we need shops like yours on our streets”
Customer B - Spends about half an hour listening to records using my electric,tells me they’d just spent £850 on one 7” single & then hands me a £20 12” single & says “What’s the best you can do on that ?”

Im very excited to announce that the shop has collaborated with our friends at ska 'N' Soul (Bangor) Cymru/Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 to produce these fantastic Festa Cups with our logos on either side.
They will be available to buy at the shop from the end of this week. I need to have a chat with Mikey from the group about pricing but I’m expecting them to be around £4 & all proceeds will be going to Abbey Road Mental Health & Wellbeing Centre in Bangor. So not only will you be buying the coolest cup in North Wales you’ll also be helping a great cause 😎

News roundup..some more gems gone in the New In crates on the counter as well as the punk,mod & soul 7”s. All the metal stuff that came in yesterday has gone straight into the racks so they’re well worth checking out.
The Pistols flyer is now up in pride of place on the wall behind the counter. On any other day I’d have been very excited to acquire a poster for Pere Ubu at The Bataclan,Paris 1978 but the 100 Club one stole its thunder a bit,for today anyway 😎
