Current body composition.
Did I gain weight post last years show? Yup you betcha. Staying that lean is just not healthy for extended periods of time. Plus, if you want to add muscle, you have to add some extra calories and with that will come weight gain.
The key thing is consistency and following the 80/20 rule- eat healthy and hit your macros 80% of the time, and the other 20% - give yourself the grace to have a few indulgences.
I am focusing on trying to control inflammation and overall health right now as I navigate some health issues (NOT cancer thank god!) but following my workout and diet regime, as best as I can.
Be consistent. Work hard. Fuel your body with good healthy foods and for the sake of everything holy, have a treat every now and then! Your mental health will thank you!
