The Z-Upgrade 4.0 is getting an Heavy duty reinforced version: https://www.printables.com/model/1577140-z-upgrade-40b-for-vcore-4041-ballscrews-mod
Important to know: The Heavy duty version features a new way to grab the mainblock with m4 squared nut instead of m4 inserts. This modification apply the force behind the part and allow a much better weight resistance if you plan to make a machine with more than 1-1.5 2m Z height
Within few days, the previous version (4.0a) of 1204 and 1605 will merge with the Heavy duty (4.0b), since it is fully retrocompatible
You can then choose between nuts or insert to make the assemble, both way can be done with the same parts. The BOM has been slightly updated
